Experience

The work we've put on the floor

Every engagement ends the same way: a system running in production, owned by the client, with the people who use it trained to run it. Here's what that has looked like.

Selected projects

What we've built, and what it changed

Privacy LLM

Built a privacy focused LLM. Uses a local finetuned Gemma 4 model to take out private information and replace with placeholders. Then submits prompt to a cloud model and repopulates the output with the real values.

Hermes

Successful experiment to understand and use the Hermes software. Built an integrated agent to work in all facets of the business.

Biz IQ

Ongoing project to document permits filed and to record actionable business intelligence.

Custom Application for a Nonprofit

Developed a system to automate the volunteer onboarding workflow end to end.
